Seven years into the operation, Evolv has trained over 1,00,000 people, audited more than 25,000 people for over 80 companies and government agencies in India, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Evolv’s assignments cover employees ranging from front-line staff to senior executives and in languages ranging from English, Hindi and other regional languages.

Assessment Solutions Incorporated (ASI), now a subsidiary of AON Consulting, is a leading provider of human resources outsourcing services for organisations to hire, train, develop and competitively compensate a more effective workforce. They have provided Evolv with their Softer Side of Service, a Customer Service Training module.
UC Davis (one of the 15 best public universities of 2006 according to US News & World Report) is an ESL pioneer in the US and prepared a curriculum specially for Evolv on language training in the Asian context. Our trainers have been instructed by UC Davis guides.

Siddharth Talwar
Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Prior to establishing Evolv, Mr. Talwar worked with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP in Washington DC. Mr. Talwar worked on a variety of different projects including the Financial Closing of The Dabhol Power Company, the Citi-Travellers Merger and the AOL-Netscape Merger. Mr. Talwar founded Evolv Services in 2001. |
Kirti Seth
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Seth holds an MBA from IIM, Calcutta. She has 18 years experience in Finance and Operations. Prior to Evolv, Ms. Seth worked with Nestle in India, Daiwa Securities in the UK and Citibank in India, UK and Sri Lanka. |

Sheeba Thomas

Ms. Thomas has an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune and a Law Degree from Symbiosis Law College. Ms. Thomas has been in charge of the south zone for Evolv for the past 4 years and has been instrumental in creating the process of translating client needs into a customized training programs for communication. |

Trainer Experience
Our trainers come from diverse industry segments – financial services, I.T., education, hospitality & travel, call centres, real estate, law firms and automobiles – having different educational backgrounds. Most of our trainers are PhDs and post-graduates in different fields. This helps our clients in choosing a group of highly skilled trainers that have different profiles and bring with them cross-industry experience to the job.
All trainers undergo intensive Internal Training at Evolv:
- An immediate 245 hours of training per trainer including Language, Customer Orientation, Training Dynamics and specific skill areas.
- Each Evolv trainer is monitored constantly for quality purposes and is provided 100 to 250 hours of additional training inputs in the year.
Within the Evolv framework, our trainers draw on their varied experiences and develop their unique training styles after undergoing internal training programs.
Before training for a client:
- All trainers go through a vetting process, which includes a mock training presentation, followed by shadow training and then individual training.
- Based on client requirements, an approved bench of trainers is created for each client.
